Shipping & Delivery

Orders being shipped via Standard Tracked Delivery, and will be delivered by Royal Mail. Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays and orders will be delivered the next working day.

At busy times orders may take 1-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 1-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 7 business days for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, 12 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.

If you are not available to receive your order, your delivery will be left in a safe place or a card will be left allowing you to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Orders Placed before 2pm are normally received the next day but please note this is not guaranteed.

Lost or Undelivered Items

Parcels are considered “lost” by our standard delivery service once they have been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders, and 21 working days for international orders. Although most orders do not take this amount of time to arrive, however please note that we cannot dispatch a replacement, or issue a refund until this period of time has expired. 

Wrong Address / Corrections 

We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. Or, if you know you will not be home for the delivery of your packages, please provide an alternate address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel. You should place an order before 3pm on one of our working days.  Our strict policy on receiving parcel signatures means we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. This is for the safety and security of your orders. **
